Set in the heart of Marlborough's famous vineyards, St Leonards is a luxurious tranquil retreat ideal for guests planning a relaxing vacation, celebrating special occasions or travelling for business.
Our luxury cottage accommodation is a boutique collection of traditional buildings on a former sheep farm that have retained their original charm while offering superior comfort and privacy for guests.
The cottages are located close to the famous Marlborough Wine Trail and are within two minutes' drive from Marlborough Airport and five minutes from Blenheim's CBD.
During your stay, wander the park-like grounds and meet our friendly sheep and deer, along with the free-range hens that supply your breakfast eggs.
Relax looking out to the surrounding hills and mountains, enjoy a game of lawn tennis, and petanque or croquet, or settle into our heated swimming pool and hot tub... listening to native birds and star gazing at the spectacular night sky.
Marlborough vineyard accommodation
The two-bedroom Woolshed has lots of character, having been completely rebuilt using recycled materials. Features include a large living/dining area with log burner, a north-facing deck area with BBQ, and an outdoor clawfoot bath.

The one-bedroom Winemaker's Cottage, built in a colonial style, similar to local cob cottages, boasts stunning sunsets over the vineyards and mountains from its covered porch. Features include a clawfoot bath, pot-belly fire and lavender-filled courtyard.
The Stables is a beautiful character-filled studio cottage situated in a private and romantic part of the property. Perfect for couples and honeymooners, it has views of the lemon groves, mountains, vines and fields with our sheep, chickens and deer. Features include a covered porch and pot-belly fire.
The Shearers' Quarters is a studio cottage reminiscent of accommodation offered to shearers by farmers and has a comfortable rustic vibe. It overlooks the petanque court and out over the vineyards from the private courtyard and BBQ.
